Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Sumifun, we’re dedicated to bringing nature’s goodness directly to your doorstep. We strive to process and ship your orders quickly and efficiently so you can enjoy your herbal products as soon as possible.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note That Delivery delays may occasionally occur. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to unforeseen circumstances with shipping carriers.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier’s website.
- It may take up to 12 to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Damages
- Sumifun is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please get in touch with the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, do contact our customer support at support@sumifun.pk so we can assist you with the process.
Missing or Lost Packages
- If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@sumifun.pk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
